Choose between two complementary experiences: the Bernina Express, a direct and faster tourist train with fixed glass panoramic carriages and mandatory reservation; or the Regional Bernina Red Train, more flexible (stops everywhere, free boarding and alighting), with openable windows perfect for photos, slightly longer travel times, and lower fares. Take your time, considering stops along the line. Each season offers different sceneries, from green summer meadows to autumn foliage, from winter lights to the crisp spring air. Layered clothing is recommended: the train crosses significant altitude changes and temperatures vary quickly.
